A comprehensive refurbishment of an industrial/office unit in South West London, delivered to a high specification in a modern, high-tech style. All walls were sound-insulated and finished in perforated galvanised steel. The project created additional space through a new mezzanine level and integrated advanced HVAC systems throughout.

This unit became home to a bespoke joinery workshop, producing artisan panelling and made-to-measure cabinetry with capabilities including 5-axis CNC machining and vacuum timber drying.
