​A comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a private residence in Esher, Surrey, currently under construction.

The project includes full structural reconfiguration, with rear, side, and front extensions, alongside a complete redesign of the internal layout to create a more open and functional living environment. Externally, the design reflects Georgian-inspired architecture, while internally it presents a refined blend of classic and contemporary design, combining traditional detailing with modern open-plan living. The scheme is being delivered to an exceptional standard, with a strong emphasis on premium materials, bespoke detailing, and superior craftsmanship throughout.
